Owner

Ebony Mattox, a native of Flint, Michigan, moved to Winnfield, Louisiana with her father in 2001, after the passing of her mother.

While living in Michigan, her Mother, Betty Mattox, was a "stay at home" mom who believed in religiously cleaning their family home while listening to gospel music. After the passing of her mother, at the young age of seven, Ebony likewise also watched her father, Leon Mattox, who was a successful entrepreneur while living in Michigan, manage the daily operations of his business.

In March 2016, she took the skills instilled in her by both parents and launched Need a Helping Hand Cleaning.

In Ebony's field of work, customer satisfaction is key to repeat customers and referrals. Ebony stated, "helping others is something that I love to do, and the smile after a deep cleaning is pure satisfaction."

Need a Helping Hand specializes in deep cleaning. The deep cleaning is reminiscents of ritual. You name it- it's done with Need a Helping Hand's deep cleaning.

Her customer service personality and attention to detail has landed her notable contracts. Besides her residential and commercial clientele, Ebony most recently secured a government contract.

Ebony has also taken great pride in being able to hire, train, and develop a great team. These professionals have been the backbone to the success of Need a Helping Hand.
